Eloise no nació solo como un restaurante, nació como un sueño compartido.

Somos Valeria y Fabricio, y detrás de cada detalle hay una historia, decisiones valientes y mucho amor por lo que hacemos. Desde el inicio, quisimos crear un espacio diferente. Un lugar donde la comida, el entorno y la experiencia se sientan auténticos, cercanos y memorables.

Eloise es ese rincón donde todo se une, sabores, momentos y emociones.

Cada plato, cada rincón y cada experiencia que vivimos aquí tiene un poco de nosotros. Y también, desde que llegas, empieza a tener un poco de ti.
